  4. Overhead Front Lunge

  5. RDL

  6. Thrusters

  7. Bent Over Row

  8. Clean

  9. Swing

  10. Burpee

  11. REST 1 MIN

4 Rounds

20 Sit Ups

1 Min Plank

20 Mountain Kick through

1 Min Plank Lift arm and Oppoise leg, keep Swappin

5 Minute Gradual Stretch and Cooldown
