1-2-1 HOUR PT OR POWER YOGA SESSION
Targeted specifically to your individual goals, taking into account your current lifestyle, schedule and ability. This takes place at Studio 21, Saltburn but is also available via Zoom. You can find the latest availabilty on my timetable HERE

4 WEEKS 2 FIT
This is a 4 week program designed to kick start your fitness journey. This includes 4 group training sessions in studio, a week. Full coaching using your own private client portal with nutritional support and exercise prescription for outside of class. Daily and weekly check ins, a massage with Kalm Therapies to celebrate your sucess and a 4 week program to carry it on. You can find out more about this HERE

GROUP PT
This is small group training where you will attend with other like minded people. The class is a hour long and promises to give you a good varied workout incorperating weights and cardio. You can find the latest classes on my timetable HERE

45 MINUTE PT FOLLOWED BY A 45 MINUTE POWER YOGA SESSION
Combining Personal training with power yoga for a full experience. This takes place at Studio 21 Saltburn but is also available via Zoom. Please contact me for booking.

This gives you access to your own private online portal where you will be prescribed personalized training and Dietary plans with daily and weekly check ins’ for you to stay focused on achieving your goals.

THE DETAILS
You can book in a PT session as and when you please, there is no set amount of sessions you need to book onto but I do request you pay for each session upfront.
Block bookings for regular slots are available. I do my best to fit all clients in at their preferred day and time but booking in advance for a regular slot is highly recommended.
The most effective option for PT is 1-2-1 as this is tailored completely to you. In couples or group training I do try my best to keep it personalized but please understand this is not always possible, especially when you have different goals.
The training we complete in sessions is effective but for the best results you need to commit to the direction given on exercise and diet outside of sessions. For this reason I would advise all new clients to opt for the add on dietary & exercise prescription monthly payment membership, so all support and guidance is available on a day to day basis.
Should you have to cancel your session you must give at least 12 hours notice, less notice than this you will be charged 100% of the session cost. If you miss a session with no notice you will be charged the full amount of that session. You will then need to ensure you are back in credit for any further sessions.
