20 Glute Pulse Leg Out (on all 4’s push and put leg out to the side)

20 Toe Taps

20 Glute Circles

20 Plank Swims

20 Front Lunge Jump

20 Plank Side Walk

20 Full Squats

10 Chataranga (down dog, up dog flow)

20 Side Lunges

10 Burpees

20 Swing Lunges

10 Walkouts

20 Mountain Climbers

20 Sit Ups

20 Bicycle Crunch

Keep going for 40 Minutes
