10 Plank Shoulder Taps

Workout 1, 5 Rounds For Time

2 x 4-7 kg DUMBEllS

10 Standing Shoulder Press

10 Standing Lat Raises

10 Hand Release Press ups

15 Arnold Press

Workout 2, 4 Rounds for time

2 x 4-7kg DUMBEllS

20 Bent Over Row

10 Alternate Front Raises

10 Shoulder Press then slowly back down in front of face (like a reverse front raise)

12 Y/I/T Raise (do all three then start again, works out 4 reps per letter)

Workout 3, 3 Rounds For Time

10 Burpees, to floor

10 Walk out with press up

10 Thrusters

20 Alternative 1 arm snatch

Ten minutes of a quick tidy to come to a gradual stop then stretch!
