At Home Timed Workout

How many rounds can you complete in the time for each workout?

Warm up-

30 second star jumps

10 air squats

3 burpee

3 walk out

X 5

Workout 1, 10 minute timer-

10 lunges TOTAL REPS, 5 each side

10 curtsy lunge TOTAL REPS, 5 each side

10 in out jumps

5 Jump squats

Workout 2, 10 minute timer-

10 hand release press ups

10 triceps dips (chair needed)

10 mountain climbers TOTAL REPS

10 plank shoulder taps TOTAL REPS

Workout 3, 15 minute timer-

10 kick through (like mountain climber but leg goes though opposite side) TOTAL REPS

30 skips

10 swing lunges (5 each side, froward and back = 1 rep)

5 squat pulse pulse jumps

5 burpees

Ten minutes of a quick tidy to come to a gradual stop then stretch!
