Follow these four exercises and use the below guide to find the right level for you!
Lunge to Knee up
Wall/ SECURE Table Press up
Marching Punches
Curl to Arnold
Squat
Tricep Dips
Level
Novice,T1, T2, low/Med intensity , 20-40 seconds work, 30-60 seconds rest between exercises
Intermediate,T1 Only, low/Med intensity, 30-50 Seconds work, 20-60 seconds rest between exercises
Aim for 4-6 rounds
