N Y C Bagel

This is what a good friend of mine always makes me for lunch!

Serves 1

INGREDIANTS

1 Bagel Thin

4 Slices Pastrami

Yellow American Mustard

2 Gherkins, finely sliced

1 Slice Low Fat Emmental Cheese

METHOD

  1. Toast the bagel and smother with mustard

  2. stack on the Pastrami, Gherkins and cheese.

  3. Enjoy!
