7 Minute Gradual Warm up and stretch.

Upper

3 Sets, Complete 7 Hand Release Press Ups after every exercise

12 Toe Taps

12 Tricep Dips

12 Press Ups

12 Plank Taps

12 Reverse Snow Angel (snow angel on front)

Lower and cardio

3 Sets, Complete 7 Burpees after every exercise

15 Air Squats

15 Lunges

15 Starters (as if in starting blocks drive knee up)

15 Sumo Squat with pulse at the bottom


ABS & Cardio

3 Sets, Complete 7 Mountain Climber Kick Through (leg goes through and over) after each exercise

20 Sit Ups

20 Bicycle Crunch

20 Second Boat Hold

5 Minute Gradual Cooldown and stretch
