10 Back lunges

50 skips

26 Minute workout

Time it 40 seconds work 10 seconds transition to next exercise

Use a 25/35/45 kg Barbell

Squats

Push Press

Split Squats left

Alternate back lunges

Split Squat Right

Bent Over Row

Press ups

Deadlift

Tricep Dips

Hip Thrusts

Bicep Curl (may need to reduce bar for these)

Side plank Left

Plank

Side Plank right

Deadbugs

REPEAT x 2
