Sweet Potato, Green Beans, Bacon and Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS
300g raw sweet potato
25g bacon Lardons/ Chopped bacon
150g green beans
80g cooked chicken
METHOD
- Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges and put them in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Fry the bacon in a dry pan until browned then add the green beans and fry until soft.
- Mix all the ingredients in the pan with the bacon
