Bulgur Wheat and Harissa Chicken

INGREDIENTS

160g Cooked bulgur wheat in stock
300g Mixed peppers
35g Harissa paste
280g Raw Chicken/ other protein equivalent
2 tbsp Reduced sweet chilli sauce

METHOD

  1. Score and marinade the protein in the harissa paste.
  2. Grill the protein and peppers until it is cooked through.
  3. Add the sweet chilli to the bulger wheat and stir it together with the peppers, serve with the cooked protein.
