4 weeks 2 fit
Hi,
Thanks for signing up to 4 Weeks 2 Fit! This next 4 weeks will kickstart you into becoming a healthier you with all the information and support you need!
I have put together a step-by-step of how the next 4 weeks will work so please take your time to go over the information and fill out the forms as and when they are requested from me, starting with step one which will be needed to be completed ASAP.
Step 1, The Paperwork!
Please fill in the two forms below, filling them out as honestly and precise as you can. What you need to know is I am not here to judge you, I am here to help…if you do a packet of biscuits daily then don’t be afraid to write that down, its nothing I haven’t done myself!
Health Questionnaire ( FYI the DOB is Month, Day, year…just like they do in America)

Step 2, Zoom Call!
Once all this paperwork is done I will review all the information and start putting your plan together. Now we just need to book a time for a Zoom call before 6th March to go over everything. Please contact me on 07805186987 to arrange this ASAP.
Step 3, Your Journey Board!
Hopefully after the zoom call you will be all ready to get started. I will send you over a link which will be password protected for just you. I will post here your workouts, dietary prescription and anything else you may need. This link will act as your Journey Board for the next 4 weeks. I will update you with feedback here and post adaptions and progress as and when its needed. I will of course be on Whatapp as well whenever you need me!
Step 4, The Classes
Below is a list of all the classes that will be running for you. These will be held at mine, in the garage (via the side gate) at 33 Rosthwaite Drive, Skelton, TS12 2WJ. Please be mindful of parking for my neighbours 😊.
You can attend 3 group sessions a week but as you can see there are four Sunday Catchup sessions scheduled. This means that should you miss a class you can use the Sunday catch up sessions to, well…catch up! If you prefer to do 4 Group PT instead of one Yoga then this is totally fine.
MONDAY 26th June, 3rd, 10th, 17th july, 24TH**II 6pm
wednesday 28th june, 5th, 12th, 19th II 6pm
saturday 1st, 1st, 6th, 15th II 22nd ii 8am
sunday (catchup session) 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd NOT ON II 5PM
** MONDAT 24TH WILL REPLACE THE SUNDAY 23RD SESSION.
The Yoga session you will attend as your 4th session of the week can be any of the class times available (Below is an example timetable which will look very similar to June/ July) . Please be sure to let me know ASAP which classes you wish to attend for the month if you can so you are sure to get the ones you want. These are also held at my home.
Step 5, The Check In!
Every Monday morning (before brekkie and your morning coffee) you will use the check in page using the link below to check in your weekly round up. Here you will fill in the form, send weekly measurements, weekly images and answer the questions. This will enable me to track your progress and also change anything about your plan if its needed. I will get your feedback to you the same day. Its really important to be honest here and tell me what feels good and what maybe doesn’t. We are looking for lifestyle change here so its got to be realistic and something that doesn’t feel like too much hard work.
Step 6, Take Each Day As It Comes!
So now you just have to do the work, turn up, check in each week and follow my guidance. The 4 weeks will go in a flash so just remember you wont be sore forever and the food will always be there again in the morning. Believe in yourself and lets enjoy this next 4 weeks together!
Step 7, The End
On completing the 4 weeks we will have one last review and I will get started working on your next 4 weeks plan for you to be getting on with yourself. We will review your goals and then I will make sure your not going at it alone by providing you with a personalized 4 week plan. This can be one you do at home, the gym or include classes…its your plan and your choice. We will also look at what further changes you can make to your diet over the coming 4 weeks.
You will then receive your KALM THERAPIES massage voucher and you can head off with your next 4 weeks planned and take some well deserve TLC for all your hard work.
