Bulger Wheat & Harissa Chicken

INGREDIENTS
160g Cooked bulgur wheat in stock
300g Mixed peppers
35g Harissa paste
280g Raw Chicken/ other protein equivalent
2 tbsp Reduced sweet chilli sauce
METHOD
- Score and marinade the protein in the harissa paste.
- Grill the protein and peppers until it is cooked through.
- Add the sweet chilli to the bulger wheat and stir it together with the peppers, serve with the cooked protein.
