Sausage & Onion

INGREDIENTS

400g new potatoes
2 Apples
10 Chicken sausages/ 5 vegetarian sausages
2 Red onions
150g cabbage

METHOD

1. Chop the new potatoes in to quarters and peel, core and chop the apple.
2. Add the apple to about 50ml water and simmer until it is soft, pop the cabbage in some boiling water.
3. Peel the onion, cut in half, and then each half into three wedges. Add these with the sausages and potatoes and spray with 1 cal. Cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes until the potatoes and sausages are cooked through.
4. Mash the apple and serve on the side of the sausages, vegetables and cabbage.
