1 Bagel Thin
2 Rashers Lean Bacon (Fat Trimmed)
2 Chicken Sausages
2 Scrambled egg whites with one full egg
1 tsp Sweet Chilli Jam
METHOD
- Grill the Bacon and Sausages, Whisk the egg whites and microwave.
- Toast the bagel and serve all together with some Sweet Chilli Jam.
