Omlette Croque Monsieur with Mushrooms
Serves 1
INGREDIANTS
1 Eggs
3 Egg Whites
25g Cooked Sliced Ham
25g Low Fat Cheese slice
100g Salad Leaves to Serve
70g Mushrooms
METHOD
Whisk the egg with the egg whites.
Slice and gently dry fry the mushrooms and pop to one side
add the egg to the pan and as it sets shift the cooked egg and let the uncooked egg run to hit the pan.
When the omelette is nearly cooked trough add the ham and cheese to one side and fold over the omelette to continue cooking.
Serve the omelette with the mushrooms and the side salad.
