Cheese Ploughmans Ciabatta
I love a bit of pickle for lunch and I know its a good craving for the pregnant Ladies too! Combined with some ham this is a super lunch!
Serves 2
INGREDIANTS
30g Lean Ham
30g Reduced Fat Cheddar
30g Branston Pickle
1 Crusty Ciabatta Bun (Marks and Spencer’s are 137 calories per bun) or a sandwich thin
1 Tomato
Few Slices Cucumber
METHOD
Using a potato peeler peel the cheese finely off the block.
Toast/ warm the bread and add the pickle, ham, tomato and cucumber.
