A Squeaky Bagel For Lunch

INGREDIENTS
1 Bagel Thin
120g Chicken Breast
1 tbsp Sweet Chili Jam
50g Sliced Halloumi/ Avacado
Side Salad
1 Pineapple Ring
METHOD
Butterfly the Chicken Breast (with your hand on top, cut through the middle starting in the thicker side and stop just before you cut it in half completely).
Open the Chicken Breast, season and pan fry each side with 1 cal spray until it Is cooked through (no longer pink in the middle).
Grill the Halloumi either side for a few minutes under a hot grill.
Toast the Bagel, Spread on the Chilli Jam and add the Chicken, Halloumi and pop the pineapple ring on top. Serve with a side salad.
