Alcohol and the your best options!
I totally believe in balance and I’d love to say I’ve got it down but I really don't, i’m just like everyone else…once you pop you just cant stop!
Unfortunately for me it doesn't just stop at the Pringles when I’ve had a few. Along with this and beer fear I tend to avoid alcohol now and I’m happier for it, don't get me wrong I will have the occasional one and sometimes yeah I do want to get drunk and dance all the stresses of motherhood away but i’m a cheap date! Half a lager I’m tipsy, and after a glass of wine….well I’m thinking I’m Beyoncé until 10.30 then I’m sat on a pavement eating a mucky kebab and garlic sauce before falling asleep full face of makeup and a spinning head!
And we all know it doesn't tend to stop after the night out, the next day you crave a Sunday dinner or dare I say McDonalds and a full fat coke, and you just want to crawl into a ball, stick T4 on and watch Hollyoaks omnibus, One Tree Hill and Dawson’s Creek! OH to be 18 again!
So here are the less calorific, less harmful (but all still harmful and very much just empty calorie) options…but hey you gotta have balance!
