40 Days to Personal Revolution

Thank you so much for joining me on this personal Journey of discovery through the Wisdom of Baron Baptiste. In January we often look for quick fixes and drastic changes. In the next 40 days we will use Meditation, Asana and Inquiry to delve deep into our true self, YOUR True North. Together we will make small realistic changes which I hope will really enrich your life.

I decided to lead this because I have myself done the 40 days and I feel like it really helped me become really aware of who I am, what I want in life and where I want to be. While I will offer you the Asana , Meditation, healthy dietary positivity, and safe meeting places to share, the wisdom is from Baptiste himself, from his years of study which lead him to create this Program. As always this is your practice so you do you.

Each week you will aim to Practicing yoga daily, this starts with 20 Minutes and by week 6 You will be practicing for 90 Minutes a day. You will also meditate daily, again starting small and adding time each week, and we will explore creating healthier dietary changes. You will also be Journaling, this can be a simple written journal or a even document on a computer. Each week we will meet for a Zoom group chat about what your ‘‘work’’ has brought up that week. This will be a safe place to share, but of course don’t feel like you have to. There will also be a workshop each week for you to ‘‘deep dive’’ into different subjects which will hopefully open up your Yoga practice.
