Home-made Granola

INGREDIENTS 

40g Flaxseed
40g Milled linseed
120g Porridge oats
40g Banana chips smashed up in to 1/4’s
2-3 Egg whites
20g Chopped nuts and 15g dried/ fresh fruit to add once cooked per portions

METHOD

  1. Mix all the in dry ingredients together

  2. Whisk the egg whites and mix through the mixture so bits clump together.

  3. Lay on a non stick baking tray/ paper and spray with 1 cal, cook in the oven at 180 until browned and to your liking.

Serve with 200g 0% Greek yogurt

1 portion with the yogurt= 1C 1F 1P
