Full Body HIIT Workout 8

PASSWOD- GIRLPOWER

This HIIT is made up of 3 exercises, creating a full body HIIT workout, great for cardio.

The exercises are:

  • Front alternate kicks

  • Narrow squat with front raise

  • Toe taps, marching if less than 4 months PP

Novice, low/Med intensity , 20-40 sec work, 20-40 seconds rest between exercises.
Intermediate, Med intensity, 30-50 Sec work, 10-40 seconds rest between exercises
Aim for 4-6 rounds
